Dr. Mercidieu “Phil” Phillips is a servant leader who seeks to add value to others through teaching, coaching and equipping. He is a much sought after conference speaker, accomplished entrepreneur and executive business coach/consultant. His worldwide work in places such as Asia, Israel, Europe, South America, Africa, Canada, the Caribbean and across the United States, has made him an inspiration to millions. 

He serves as the founder and senior pastor of Agape Christian Fellowship, a fast growing multi-ethnic and Christ centered church. He is the Founder and CEO of Level Up Coaching Solutions, LLC. Also, he is the founder and president of Level Up Leadership Institute, Inc. Dr. Phil is a prolific writer and is the author of six (6) books including his latest best-seller, NAGVIGATING DEFINING MOMENTS. He has also written dozens of published articles on organizational development, and leadership. 

Dr. Phil is also an adjunct professor for Trinity International University, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and serves as a board member for several non-profit organizations. Dr. Phil holds a BA from Trinity International University, an MA from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, a Master of Divinity and Doctorate degree from Bethel University/Seminary. In additional to his affiliation with the John Maxwell Team, he holds various certifications in Leadership, organizational development, and family. Since 1990, Dr. Phil has successfully trained more than 175,000 leaders and organizations worldwide. Dr. Phil is married to Emma and they are the proud parents of Jehiel and Hadassah.
